While others might see numbers and paperwork, I see an adventure in finance, piecing together how to make your money (down payment, closing costs, and debt) work smarter, not harder, for the long haul.

Real estate has been my bread, butter, and jam for the past 14 years. I'm all about turning mortgages into stepping stones towards wealth-building, with a soft spot for closing on those tricky 4-plex properties and deals that make other originators scratch their heads. And yes, I’ve stumbled my way into being in the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators nationwide a year or two. 

We live in Eagle River, along with a trio of tail-wagging fur babies. I am an audiobook enthusiast and dog mom with a serious knack for real estate and a zest for personal growth. When the workweek winds down, you'll find me mountain biking, exploring Alaska on a side by side, hitting tennis balls, sharing my real estate wisdom, enjoying a cuddle fest with my pups, and laughing at my husband's jokes (even the bad ones).
